📑 Terms & Conditions – Love Beyond Nations

Effective Date: September 30, 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all agreements and services provided by Love Beyond Nations, operated by Mario Schett & Ellis Stoll, based in Lienz, Austria (“we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing digital products, booking consulting sessions, or engaging our services, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

  • Content Creation Services (photo, video, design, social media packages) – B2B
  • Consulting & Coaching (1:1 sessions, strategy) – B2C
  • Digital Products (travel guides, templates) – B2C

We do not act as a travel agency. If we refer to external trips, retreats, or travel services, the contract is concluded directly with the provider. We are not a party to such agreements. Joining us on a trip is at your own risk.

2. Conclusion of Contract

A binding contract is established when you confirm an order (via email, form, booking system) or once payment is received. For purchases via third-party platforms (e.g. Gumroad), their terms apply additionally.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices in Euro (€).
  • Payments via Stripe, PayPal, Gumroad.
  • We apply Austrian small business regulation (§ 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG) – no VAT charged.
  • For larger projects, a deposit of up to 50% may be required.

4. Digital Products & Right of Withdrawal

Digital products are delivered electronically (download link or email).

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. However, once the download or access link has been provided and you agreed to immediate delivery, the withdrawal right expires. Digital products are non-refundable after access.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling (Services)

  • Rescheduling possible up to 48h before appointment free of charge.
  • Cancellations < 48h before: 50% fee.
  • No-show: 100% fee due.

6. B2C vs. B2B

For consumers (B2C), EU and Austrian consumer rights apply (incl. 14-day withdrawal). For business clients (B2B), no withdrawal rights apply.

7. Intellectual Property

All content remains our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for agreed purposes. Resale or redistribution is prohibited.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary information and approvals. Delays due to missing input may extend timelines.

9. Liability

  • No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Liability for direct damages limited to contract value.
  • No guarantee for accuracy of travel information or consulting outcomes.
  • No liability for third-party services or outages.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Austrian law applies. For consumers abroad, mandatory consumer protection rights of their country apply additionally. Place of jurisdiction: Lienz, Austria, as far as legally permissible.

11. Language

Contracts available in English and German. In case of discrepancies, the German version prevails.

12. Final Provisions

If any provision is invalid, the remaining remain unaffected. We may update these Terms at any time; the version at booking applies.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Love Beyond Nations, Lienz, Austria, info@lovebeyondnations.com) of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email).

Important: For digital products, the right of withdrawal expires once the download/access has been provided and you agreed to immediate delivery.
