By purchasing digital products,\n    booking consulting sessions, or engaging our services, you (\u201cClient\u201d, \u201cyou\u201d) agree to these Terms.<\/p>\n\n    <h3>1. Scope of Services<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Content Creation Services (photo, video, design, social media packages) \u2013 B2B<\/li>\n      <li>Consulting &amp; Coaching (1:1 sessions, strategy) \u2013 B2C<\/li>\n      <li>Digital Products (travel guides, templates) \u2013 B2C<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>We do not act as a <strong>travel agency<\/strong>. If we refer to external trips, retreats, or travel services, the contract is\n    concluded directly with the provider. We are not a party to such agreements. Joining us on a trip is at your own risk.<\/p>\n\n    <h3>2. Conclusion of Contract<\/h3>\n    <p>A binding contract is established when you confirm an order (via email, form, booking system) or once payment is received.\n    For purchases via third-party platforms (e.g. Gumroad), their terms apply additionally.<\/p>\n\n    <h3>3. Pricing &amp; Payment<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li>All prices in Euro (\u20ac).<\/li>\n      <li>Payments via Stripe, PayPal, Gumroad.<\/li>\n      <li>We apply Austrian small business regulation (\u00a7 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG) \u2013 no VAT charged.<\/li>\n      <li>For larger projects, a deposit of up to 50% may be required.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h3>4. Digital Products &amp; Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>\n    <p>Digital products are delivered electronically (download link or email).<\/p>\n    <p>Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. However, once the download or access link has been provided and you\n    agreed to immediate delivery, the withdrawal right expires. Digital products are non-refundable after access.<\/p>\n\n    <h3>5. Cancellation &amp; Rescheduling (Services)<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Rescheduling possible up to 48h before appointment free of charge.<\/li>\n      <li>Cancellations < 48h before: 50% fee.<\/li>\n      <li>No-show: 100% fee due.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h3>6. B2C vs. B2B<\/h3>\n    <p>For <strong>consumers (B2C)<\/strong>, EU and Austrian consumer rights apply (incl. 14-day withdrawal).  \n    For <strong>business clients (B2B)<\/strong>, no withdrawal rights apply.<\/p>\n\n    <h3>7. Intellectual Property<\/h3>\n    <p>All content remains our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred.  \n    Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for agreed purposes.  \n    Resale or redistribution is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n    <h3>8. Client Responsibilities<\/h3>\n    <p>Clients must provide all necessary information and approvals. Delays due to missing input may extend timelines.<\/p>\n\n    <h3>9. Liability<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li>No liability for indirect or consequential damages.<\/li>\n      <li>Liability for direct damages limited to contract value.<\/li>\n      <li>No guarantee for accuracy of travel information or consulting outcomes.<\/li>\n      <li>No liability for third-party services or outages.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h3>10. Governing Law &amp; Jurisdiction<\/h3>\n    <p>Austrian law applies. For consumers abroad, mandatory consumer protection rights of their country apply additionally.  \n    Place of jurisdiction: Lienz, Austria, as far as legally permissible.<\/p>\n\n    <h3>11. Language<\/h3>\n    <p>Contracts available in English and German. In case of discrepancies, the German version prevails.<\/p>\n\n    <h3>12. Final Provisions<\/h3>\n    <p>If any provision is invalid, the remaining remain unaffected. We may update these Terms at any time; the version at booking applies.<\/p>\n\n    <hr>\n    <h3>\ud83d\udccc Withdrawal Policy (EU Consumers)<\/h3>\n    <p>You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.  \n    To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Love Beyond Nations, Lienz, Austria, <a href=\"mailto:info@lovebeyondnations.com\">info@lovebeyondnations.com<\/a>)  \n    of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email).<\/p>\n    <p><strong>Important:<\/strong> For digital products, the right of withdrawal expires once the download\/access has been provided and you agreed to immediate delivery.<\/p>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <!-- German Content -->\n  <div id=\"content-de\" style=\"display:none;\">\n    <h2>\ud83d\udcd1 Allgemeine Gesch\u00e4ftsbedingungen \u2013 Love Beyond Nations<\/h2>\n    <p><strong>Stand:<\/strong> 30. Leistungsumfang<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Content Creation (Foto, Video, Design, Social Media) \u2013 B2B<\/li>\n      <li>Consulting &amp; Coaching (1:1 Sessions) \u2013 B2C<\/li>\n      <li>Digitale Produkte (Travel Guides, Templates) \u2013 B2C<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>Wir sind <strong>kein Reiseveranstalter<\/strong>. Hinweise auf externe Gruppenreisen oder Retreats sind lediglich Empfehlungen.  \n    Vertr\u00e4ge entstehen direkt mit dem Anbieter. Teilnahme erfolgt auf eigene Verantwortung.<\/p>\n\n    <h3>2. Vertragsabschluss<\/h3>\n    <p>Ein Vertrag kommt zustande mit Best\u00e4tigung (E-Mail\/Formular) oder Zahlungseingang.  \n    Bei K\u00e4ufen \u00fcber Drittanbieter (z. B. Digitale Produkte &amp; Widerrufsrecht<\/h3>\n    <p>Digitale Produkte werden elektronisch geliefert (Download\/E-Mail).  \n    Verbraucher haben 14 Tage Widerrufsrecht. Dieses erlischt, sobald der Download\/Zugang bereitgestellt wurde und Sie ausdr\u00fccklich zugestimmt haben.  \n    Danach keine R\u00fcckerstattung.<\/p>\n\n    <h3>5. Stornierung &amp; Umbuchung (Services)<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Umbuchung bis 48h vor Termin kostenlos.<\/li>\n      <li>Stornierungen < 48h: 50 %.<\/li>\n      <li>No-Show: 100 %.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h3>6. Verbraucher (B2C) &amp; Unternehmer (B2B)<\/h3>\n    <p>F\u00fcr <strong>Verbraucher<\/strong> gelten die EU-Verbraucherschutzrechte inkl. 14 Tage Widerruf.  \n    F\u00fcr <strong>Unternehmer<\/strong> kein Widerrufsrecht.<\/p>\n\n    <h3>7. Urheberrechte<\/h3>\n    <p>Alle Inhalte bleiben unser geistiges Eigentum.  \n    Nutzungsrechte sind einfach, nicht exklusiv, nicht \u00fcbertragbar und auf den vereinbarten Zweck beschr\u00e4nkt.  \n    Weitergabe oder Verkauf ist untersagt.<\/p>\n\n    <h3>8. Pflichten des Kunden<\/h3>\n    <p>Der Kunde stellt alle notwendigen Informationen\/Zug\u00e4nge bereit.  \n    Verz\u00f6gerungen durch fehlende Zuarbeit verl\u00e4ngern Lieferzeiten.<\/p>\n\n    <h3>9. Haftung<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Keine Haftung f\u00fcr indirekte Sch\u00e4den oder entgangenen Gewinn.<\/li>\n      <li>Direkte Sch\u00e4den max. bis zum Vertragswert.<\/li>\n      <li>Keine Garantie f\u00fcr Richtigkeit von Reiseinformationen oder Coaching-Ergebnisse.<\/li>\n      <li>Keine Haftung f\u00fcr Ausf\u00e4lle Dritter (Server, Tools, Anbieter).<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h3>10. Recht &amp; Gerichtsstand<\/h3>\n    <p>Es gilt \u00f6sterreichisches Recht (ohne UN-Kaufrecht).  \n    F\u00fcr Verbraucher au\u00dferhalb \u00d6sterreichs gelten zus\u00e4tzlich zwingende Schutzrechte ihres Wohnsitzes.  \n    Gerichtsstand: Lienz, soweit gesetzlich zul\u00e4ssig.<\/p>\n\n    <h3>11. Vertragssprache<\/h3>\n    <p>Vertragssprache: Deutsch oder Englisch. Bei Abweichungen gilt die deutsche Version.<\/p>\n\n    <h3>12.
